Applied through LinkedIn for Atlanta position. Roughly 2-3 days later I heard back from a recruiter.
I had a phone screening by the Recruiter, who vetted me to see if I was fit for the company and role. While doing so she explained to me what New Relic is and how its culture is.
I moved on to the next phone interview with a Manager from the Technical Support team. She asked about my experience working with technology and people.
After the phone interview, I was tasked with using their APM software on one of my own applications, and also imitated a support ticket concerning with my applications. Setting up the software on your application was pretty simple, just follow the documentation.
After passing the exam, you interview with 6 different employees from the Technical team in pairs of 2. The first pair was more behavioral questions, the second pair was a more casual interview such as getting to know you (seeing if you're a fit in the team), lastly the final pair was the technical interviews.
Last step is a reference check.
Overall, the communications from the recruiter was pristine. She kept me updated at every step and made sure to answer any questions I had even though there was a big time difference (they are in Oregon, this position was in Atlanta).

1st round was technical assessment. basic knowledge on any specified programming language is being tested. the other two rounds were focused on determining humanitarian values and other behavioural assessment

First round was technical round covering technical aspects and behavioral question related to TSE role. Second Round was Hiring Manager round covering basic behavioral questions. Third round was Take home assignment in configuring new relic agent in a demo project.Fourth round was again technical round covering basic technical and behavioral questions. Final Round was HR round covering more details about job role and salary negotations.The interview process is very quick and transparent

Started with screening call. Then interviews with hiring managers. Fair, asked good questions. Good people. I thought they were thorough but not overly aggressive. All well done by their team overall.
