It took about a month after the posting had closed to receive a call back. The interview was a three person panel. they asked the basic questions. There was nothing out of the ordinary about the interview. But after the official interview had end I had a chat with them for a few minutes about the life / work, etc. Which I feel is why I was offered the job.
