J'ai passé un entretien chez New Look (Aberdeen, Écosse)
Entretien
Friendly, casual, relaxed, was a simple one and treated with levity and felt very down to earth. Interviewed was patient but it was a group interview so a little bit intimidating in that sense.

Was sent an email saying that I had to book an assessment centre session. There were around 16 other potential employees at the assessment centre. Whilst the Manager was asking half of us questions, the other half were practicing customer service on the shop floor.

Entretien
There was no one-to-one interview, it was more of an assessment. I booked the assessment day online after receiving an email to prompt me to book. Attending I found that there was a group of us, that waited and then were eventually taken to a small area in the stock room to complete tasks. There is both a group task and an individual task.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
The first task was a group task which involved a discussion of what we would do in certain scenarios. We were then asked to rank them of importance. After this, the supervisor discussed with us what we put down as answers and why.
The Individual task, each one of the group got a scenario. Once being given the scenario I had to go around the store and pick out an outfit based on the scenario. The time limit on the task was 15 mins. I had to bring it back to where we were gathered in the storeroom and present each item giving a clear explanation of why I chose that outfit and accessories for my scenario.
