Never accept this job. It seems nice at first though with minimal training and lack of a set strategy for leads or sales the entire experience is chaotic. They didn't keep take of hours and never paid on time. Sales representatives pocket your commission as a canvasser or ignore the sales created from the canvas team. Overall it seems that it wishes to give autonomy to all its departments but that leads to a more implosionlike scenario.
