Horrific and ignored after interview which I find totally bizarre. Usually applications are ignored after application not after interview without any reasoning feedback or email. It was just a very odd experience from.such a large company and unexpected.

Had a first stage interview and was told I would hear back within a few days and have since been ghosted despite following up in an email. I would expect to not hear back if an application was not successful but would expect it to be common courtesy to let applicants know either way after an interview. Really disappointing and disheartening and in my opinion very unprofessional.
