Dear Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that you didn't find what you were looking for with our company. We have multiple clients that we offer promotions for, so because we only promote from within, we must make sure that everyone learns every aspect of our business which includes those promotions, as well as how to train and manage others. The timeline of growth does depend on the person, however, we are proud that we are able to grow as fast as we have for our clients, so I'm glad that my manager was able to express that! The term "pyramid scheme" does concern us though because those organizations require payment from participants that wish to join which are then asked to give a portion of their profits back to the company. We do not under any circumstances require upfront payment for anyone to join our office and all of our employees are paid a guaranteed rate.
