I applied for the company from glassdoor and I got a response within 3 days of applying. I was emailed to schedule a phone screening for a future date. We proceeded and the phone interview lasted about 40 minutes. Talked about general things and explained the position to me. Then it was decided that I was not qualified for the position and I had not had enough experience. Hiring manager gave feedback though, and pointed out some mistakes.
