The interview process felt more like an interrogation rather than a two-way conversation. There was an excessive and repetitive focus on my reasons for leaving previous roles, which felt disproportionate and uncomfortable, even after providing professional explanations.
This persistent line of questioning gave the impression that the interviewer lacked confidence in their ability to assess a candidate's skills and potential through a broader discussion, leading to a very unsettling dynamic.
Following the interview, there was a complete absence of communication or follow-up. My inquiries were entirely ignored, which demonstrates a significant lack of professionalism and respect for a candidate's time and interest.
