Entretien
Management is poor. They are wasting the interviewer's time. Without taking the technical round they are rejecting the candidate. without taking the technical round they wasted 3 hours of candidates. In 3 hours they just took for writing skills and HR screening rounds.

The interview process was well organized, professional, and welcoming, with clear communication throughout. Interviewers were engaging and respectful, asked relevant questions, and created a comfortable environment that allowed meaningful discussion of skills, experience, and expectations.
The company is good and in terms of interview the process is also very good in a single day they conduct all rounds and let us know by that day only if selected or not , so wait but i only Have one suggession to improve technical round.
