I had only one interview with this employer and I the only thing I can tell you that they are monolithic !!! They keep asking questions not related with the real job, but only concerning the inclusivity and safety rules. My interview was on Teams and for the first time I had the potential employer copy and past all the question in the chat box, like they had a script they needed to follow up. When I got the negative interview feedback they literally said "you didn't follow the questions structure". Nothing related with my technical knowledge or how I was doing with my previous employer.
