Long breaks between processes due to covid but otherwise a simple group and one to one interview, combined with a aptitude test on a mobile app in various situations. Would encourage people to research the current aims and goals of the company, and always keep the customer in mind when dealing with network rail. They want an analytical mind.

It was an easy process when applying, with few stages. The interview process was straightforward, make sure to practise plenty to help. It was similar to other graduate scheme application that I applied for.

Entretien
The interview process was consistent of three stages online assesment video interview and assessment center. The difficulty of the last stage was a bit high as some of the questions were not properly formulated
