Video interview. Took around thirty minutes to complete and was relatively easy and user friendly. They mainly asked questions about motivational, competencies and situational. Useful to do some research and be familiar with the company's values.
Online test and interview. The same tests as many other public sector grad schemes like NHS, BII etc. This means you can practice it and have a go at it before you actually do it for the first time
