Completed the application form and the SJT. Was then invited to take a game based assesment. Then I did an online interview and after that I was invited to an assesment centre. I had to prepare a 5 minute presentation on something im passionate on and then they went through questions about me. They had different sections such as my motivations for the role, the company, why would I be a good candiate and then a few safety and project management technical questions.
