They did two online interviews, then gave me a take at home project plus an online exam. The project was too excessive plus I know none of the technologies or languages they asked me to use, with a 3 day deadline. I worked hard for it and then they ghosted me even after a follow up email. Very disrespectful, they could've at least gave me a review of the project I worked hard for.
