1. Applied online to a different role and HR did his best to find a suitable open position. 2. He setup a 1 Hour technical coding interview. Surprise, Interviewer didn't turned up. 3. Sent an email to HR, and HR setup 1 more coding interview. 4. This time Interviewer turned up, but turned off his camera. 5. He started with architecture of my current work, as the roles are similar. It went on for an hour. 6. After 1 hour, he started with coding interview. After, 1 OS programming and 1 Linked list problem he signed off. 7. For an interview scheduled for 1 hour, I was on a call with him for 1Hr45min's. 8. During interview, sometimes he doesn't respond to me. As his camera is off, I don't know if he is listening to me or doing his work. 9. After this interview, I didn't hear back from them; I sent an email to HR and he replied I am not a match. Completely unprofessional behavior from the Interviewer.
