It was quite brief and well planned. The HR and operations team was very well coordinated with the overall process. There was a telephonic round followed by a case study and HR round

J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Netscribes (Mumbai)
Entretien
Hiring took a week. There were 3 rounds. One through telephone, and the other two were technical and HR round. All the rounds were messy. I had no clue what was going on. Delayed information was communicated to me every time. The questions were too genera, some did not belong to my domain also. But it went well as i read some of them during my previous jobs.

Why do you want to opt for this position as you are overqualified. Some technical stuff was asked and then the general hr questions. I easily cleared all. As nothing specific was asked. The IQ activities were also a cakewalk for me. Other rounds like drug test and 1:1 also went well. But communication was always delayed. As when your next round is going to take place and etc.
