Strange inteview process, where first they decline you, but after 2 weeks change their mind and invite to interview again. Technical interview is 10 minutes to solve the problem, without any criteria or feedback afterwards.

I had first an interview with the recruitment person and a second interview with the tech experts. They explained a real case and asked me to solve it. After the interview they provided feedback on how to improve.
