Nine interviews across the course of 9 weeks, the last of which was a F2F coffee in the office. Disgraceful recruitment process, only to be rejected over a 5-line email and no specific feedback other than 'we want someone with a bit more experience'. During the process, they gave me great feedback and said they were very excited about me joining, only to take two weeks to leave me hanging between the final meeting and a short email from the incompetent recruiter to say they will not be proceeding to offer. The process involved:
- HR screening
- First stage with Hiring Manager
- Second stage was 4x panel interviews with 4 different people
- Third stage was 2x panel interviews with senior directors
- They added an additional stage which was an extra F2F meeting with one of the directors from the previous stage as he wanted to meet in person.
