A recruiter from Netflix contacted me to do a phone interview. I called her back about 7 times, she never returned my phone call. I had to find the email address of a recruiter from Netflix to email them to get them to have her email me. We set up a time for the interview, we had the phone interview. Typical questions were asked, such as explaining the impacts of my past experiences, my leadership/management experiences, and she explained the job to me (and its strange hours) to ensure my interest in the position. The phone interview went very well and she said that she would call me back by a certain day and she did not. I called and emailed her two times and she never responded to my attempts to reach her. It was very unprofessional and made Netflix seem very unorganized.
