It was a long process—I reached the third interview after spending a week on an assignment—and the requirements kept changing along the way. Even if I had been approved at that stage, there would still have been a panel with several more interviewers and additional rounds, despite the fact that I had already had positive interviews with both my potential manager and the HR manager.

There are multiple stages of interviewing process, get ready for 5 to 10 interviews depending on position for which you apply.
