This was the worst recruiting experience I’ve had. The recruiter asked to reschedule my first call, then was 35 min late to that, and then was 20 minutes late to the call she asked for after being late. When we spoke she sounded to uninterested. I loved on to the second round then ghosted. It changed my mind about wanting to work for Netflix.

Many interviews but all quite short around 30 min on VC, at least 5 interviews. No tests. You meet team members and other cross functional teams. Process took at least 3 -4 weeks.
