I applied online and two weeks later an admin for the HR dept called me to setup a phone interview with one of their recruiters. I had a SHORT (15 minute) phone interview with an internal recruiter. Things were pleasant but a bit rushed - she sounded like she had somewhere else to be. Questions were a bit softball, asking for clarification on last job, gap (I am currently unemployed) and relocation (I recently moved to CA for my husband's job), then asked a few pretty basic questions and hung up.
