Initial Chat with recruitment to attain interest of both parties, regular communication maintained during the entire process to support you along the way and answer questions.
Next stages are individual interviews with team members.
The interview process was long. I met with folks individually, 5 in total, which made the process drag due to fluctuating schedules. After final interview, result was quick. ~ 2 days.

Describe a time you made a mistake in your work and how did you deal with it.
Much more extensive than any other interview process I've ever taken part of. 5-6 rounds of meeting anywhere from 1-3 people per round. Each round was minimum 1 hour long. Was assigned hypothetical questions intended to test my knowledge in the industry.

Liked me at my first interview but didn't give any follow up progress for 2 months. Told me to wait until assigned manager could schedule 2nd interview but never did, and got denial.
