recruiter scheduled my interview after taking up all my details. my interview was scheduled in the morning at around 11 o clock but on the day of interview hr changed the timings without informing , i attended the interview on the mentioned timing and an interviewer joined the call, he was in a hurry as he was receiving some calls during the interview. he finished my interview within ten minutes. it was like a rapid fire round. he was least interested in my interview. after the interview i called the hr and informed her about the interview. she scheduled my interview with a different panel as the interviewer rejected me. In the second panel no one joined the call. so i was given a different schedule with a different panel. the third panel person also seems to be uninterested. during the call he was talking with someone else and didn't even muted while i was answering to the useless questions he was asking. Totally unethical,rude and time waste process. A candidate comes for the interviewing keeping his personal work/job aside and you people waste their time . If you are not at all interested then why to sit in the panel or ask us to come for the interview.
