I had appeared for the interview in the month of April2016 for the position of Technical Lead. I got call from a consultant to present my resume from job-site and then after short listing, he arranged for a F2F Technical round at Pune location. Initially, I had appeared for a Technical interview for a different role that does not match my profile. So after having an 2 hours technical discussion, I was proposed for different team as per my profile and skills. Then it proceeded as below: 1) Telephonic Round for 15 mins, by a director/panel. 2) F2F- Technical Round with Russian panel. 3) HR Round, 4) Managerial Round- to check what does you expect NetCracker to offer you? I found the Managerial Round conducted here was one of the best way in industry to have dialogue with the candidate I never heard before. The overall process tough, but if you are skilled and enthusiastic, then you should make it through.

The interview process at Netcracker is a complete joke! I gave an entire interview loop (spanning over 3 weeks) to be rejected at the end inspite of all rounds being great. The HR called up the next day asking me to interview for another team, so I spent another month for a new loop of 4 interviews including the final HR round. After this round they decided I can level up to a Lead role and they asked for another interview. The HR asked for my documents to process the offer and... well after that... everyone just disappeared! I followed up multiple times but previously eager HRs became unresponsive and unprofessional. They either couldn't match my salary expectation or found another candidate. Either way highly unprofessional conduct and wastage of time and resources for everyone.
