Straight forward conversation regarding the opportunity and expectations needed to make it happen. The first phase of the interview is coming into the office meeting with a senior member of the team and the broker. Second phase is a ride along with a senior associate getting a feel for a day in the life. At this point you have sufficient experience and knowledge to know if this grind is for you.

It was a 30 minute phone call. The recruiter was very knowledgeable about the company. She answered every question I had. She gave me advice to obtain a mortgage license as it would help me earn more commission money

Simple and it felt like a very relaxed environment. I had no issues with the interview process. Seems like a great place to work at. The entire office was very inviting

The recruiter was very helpful and we are staying in contact until i receive my real estate license. I will definitely want to work for this company when I finish my program.
