J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez NetSuite (Makati City) en févr. 2016
Entretien
A friend referred me to NetSuite and I was contacted by the HR for a phone interview and had a 1:1 interview with a team lead. However, there was hiring freeze that time so it took a month before they connected with me again. I was invited for an open house recruitment and got interviewed by team leads and managers from different teams and finally by the country director. It took about 3 months before receiving the final decision but the long wait was worth it.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NetSuite (Dallas, TX)

I had a total of 4 interviews. First with the recruiter, second with a technical team, 3rd and 4th with practice leaders. The entire process took around 6 weeks from first interview to offer. Because of the Oracle acquisition, they have to get NetSuite Approval then Oracle Approval which takes a couple weeks.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NetSuite en sept. 2016

Hiring process took one month. Two phone interviews happend on different days: 1. experience 2. personality. After a week, I received a call for a face to face interview with peer and TL. On the same day, I was endorsed to the manager but since the manager is not around, I was asked to come back. After the interview with the manager, I was asked to stay for the final interview with the Director. Final interview was more on setting expectations. All interviewers are direct to the point and are into past experiences.
First was a screening interview with a recruiter; he was awesome. Had a second, hour-long interview with a resource manager. It seemed to go well, we had good rapport with each other and all, but he asked me zero questions so I found that odd. He literally just said "walk me through your resume" and asked no intervening or follow-up questions about my experience. Then I was told a few days later that I wasn't qualified. Maybe if they asked questions relevant to the position (or any at all) I'd have better demonstrated my qualifications for it. I don't know the details of that job -- how am I supposed to knock it out of the park when nobody's throwing me any pitches? I basically had to speak in higher-level generalities about my experience wishing for some pointed questions but none were asked. I work as a Consultant at SAP, and I'm happy to stay there now that Netsuite has been bought by Oracle.
