Conducted two phone interview and then flown out for an in person interview. The first interview was just to see if you qualified for the interview process. The second was more intense and dived deeper in your background as well as inform you more about the position. The third in person interview consisted of giving a 2 min sales pitch about yourself in front of all of the BDR's. Then you shadowed the BDR's and were interviewed by a couple of the account management employees. Finally you are interviewed by the BDR manager.
