The hiring/interview process took only about three weeks. My first interaction with them was a very detailed phone interview with the recruitment specialist. We mainly focused on the job I am currently doing and how it is in line to the position I was applying for. I was then contacted and informed that I am scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. Interview went on for about an hour and I am happy about how it went. It was not formal at all and very conversational which permitted me somehow feel the work culture I would be engaging on if I ever get the job. He was very open to any questions I have. Yes, I got to ask questions as well.
