I applied online, they called to set up a phone interview with HR. That interview went well, so they set up another phone interview with the hiring manager of Client Services. That went really well, she was very easy to talk to and at the end of the interview she said they'd be in touch after coordinating schedules to set up an in-person interview. Then a few days later they sent me an automated email saying they didn't have a position available for me and didn't even sign it or anything. They acted like they hadn't already talked to me twice. I was so confused, so I emailed the hiring manger who I felt like I had hit it off with, hoping that she could clarify, and then she never responded. Very unprofessional all around.
