I applies online and was contacted 2 months later.
I spoke with the Hiring manager about my background and expectations of the role.
Two weeks later I receive a call from HR to ask for me to come onsite. There was no negotiation on what day or time. So I rearranged my schedule so I could go to the office.
I arrived 10 minutes early for the interview, there is no front desk so I had to awkwardly knock on the glass door for someone to know I was on time for the interview. I had to awkwardly stand in the main office area while someone grabbed an HR employee.
They sat me in a conference room and had me sign a non-disclosure document, which I requested a copy of, but never received one.
I was supposed to have lunch with the hiring manager per the itinerary, but low and behold I was having a panel interview with two other people. They left after 20 minutes and then I had to wait 15 minutes before another person came in and started asking questions without introducing themselves. The last person was at least nice enough to escort me to the restroom and offer some snacks.
it's been 2 months and I have yet to get a rejection or offer.
A note to the employer: Even though you are only 2 years old, I'm sure having an organized HR would make candidate experience much more pleasant. And if someone goes onsite, you can at least let us know with an automated email that we are out of the interviewing process.
