Thank you for sharing your experience with our interview process within our sales department. I sincerely apologize you had a negative experience and my team is always looking to improve the interview process and it is feedback like yours that helps us with our quality control procedures. It appears one of our Recruiters did not follow through with communication and we take full responsibility for this action.
