First call with recruiter. Second with direct manager, then three more interviews with team members and higher ups. All were 50% personality interviews and 50% skills discussions. Whole process took about 4 weeks and was well managed.

Initial screen with recruiter, then initial interview with hiring manager. Followed by round with teammate, then 3 interviews with people in Ops and finance, then final round with director. One of the round 2 interviews was never scheduled, and there was no follow-up communication after that.
