Multiple rounds of interviews with the CEO plus key team members. The interview process required homework which consisted of a full blown presentation including recommendations and tactics presented to the team at Net Impact. (I've led global teams of 50+ with budgets of $200M+ so am more than qualified for this non-profit). This was the rub – Net Impact has posted this position for over a year and is using the posting process to acquire ideas, recommendations and tactics for free. Very very shady for a "do good" organization.
