I applied through a recruiter. I was phone screened by a member of management and had a refreshingly frank discussion with them about the company, its direction, and its current struggles. I was brought in for a single in-person interview at the Pittsburgh office, where I was asked about myself, my experience, and some boilerplate questions to gauge my proficiency to some degree. This interview was also pleasant and direct, and the interview panel and I got along pretty well
