Discussion about the candidate's previous experience, projects, and achievements. 2. Technical Skills Assessment: Questions related to Python fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms. Problem-solving exercises or coding challenges to evaluate the candidate's coding skills. Review of the candidate's experience with relevant Python frameworks and libraries. 3. Communication Skills: Assess the candidate's ability to communicate technical concepts clearly. Discuss any previous team collaboration experiences. Round 2: Technical Interview 1. Coding Exercise: In-depth coding exercise that focuses on the candidate's problem-solving skills and coding proficiency. Assess how well the candidate can translate their thoughts into efficient and functional code. 2. System Design (if applicable): Discussion on system architecture and design principles. The candidate may be asked to design a system or discuss how they would approach solving a particular problem at a system level. 3. Debugging and Optimization: Practical debugging scenarios to evaluate the candidate's ability to identify and fix issues in code. Discussion on code optimization and efficiency.

I attended an interview on 17/01/2026. The interview process included L1 and L2 rounds, and the panel was cooperative and professional. After completing both rounds, I was informed that I was not selected for further stages.
