I have given 1st round of telephonic interview and got selected,it consist of all the questions from .net,sql,c# and oops concept. After qualyfing i got call for attending another round which is skype video call,after arranging 3-4times and cancelling they finally arrange the intrview after 15days.the intrview goes well and i have answered all.the que. The interviewer seems to be rude and quite in a hurry as she doesn't want to hear what I am saying and throwback another que. Still. i say all correct answer. After calling Hr for feedback, they told me the feedback is -ve, I didn't understand where it goes wrong and I asked HR about the same but didn't get any response back. They wasted all my time as they arranged my second round on Sunday and I have given it too but still, they don't want to give job I think.

They took 2 interviews in a span of 4 days. Apparently I cleared both the interviews as the interviewers were happy at the end but when it came to salary discussion, they just disappeared after I told them I have an offer. Supposedly, they couldn't match the offer that I had previously told them already and yet they conducted the interview. What a shame on the recruiters. I received 3 more calls from NeoSoft in 2 weeks and they all had no idea about my previous interviews. Really, it seems like the company only has recruiters and no other employees.

L1 had basic to medium .NET questions. L2 had all medium level .NET questions and a medium coding question. Can't recall exactly.

First rounds is machine test after that conduct technical interview asked some basic questions on net technology.total wasatage of time anyone can conduct interviews they don't give interview feedback also.
