First with HR rep, then with hiring manager. Then it was a panel/project typical flow. The hiring manager interviewer was traveling in SE Asia and had horrible internet. We talked over each other the entire time because of the lag. Also his hotel front desk called him mid interview and he had to answer the call. Had people call asking through the background too. Super unprofessional overall.
