I was asked to send code samples which I did in 2 variations. Then after 2 weeks, I was asked to do a technical task. I was not notified of the technical task by the recruiter beforehand but I did it and sent it. Then I received a a response simply saying I was not a fit for the company. Everything was done through a third-party recruiter. When I requested feedback on my technical task or my experience and why I am not a good fit for the company the recruiter replied that she told me (which she did not) that the company does not give feedback on technical tasks. Frankly, I find this offensive. All this time waiting to not get a single word from a company and talk only through the recruiter? I wrote a letter to the company email requesting feedback which was totally ignored.
