The interviews were broken into two parts; part one was an introductory interview with the Assistant Human Resources Manager and part two was with the Operations Manager and Assistant Manager for the Customer Service Department. It was very basic and straightforward questions about my customer service skills and experience in retail.
Super quick and easy! One interview was phone call and the second was a virtual that had some video answers and some typed answers. Nothing too crazy, all the questions were pretty standard.

It was easy but you have to know their values. They're extremely selective about who they hire. Make sure you have a clear understanding of what the company represents and what's expected of you.

Entretien
Called by recruiter on Monday, interviewed at call center the next morning during a hiring fair. Interview was one on one with a manager. I was offered a part time position, i was also given the option to choose my shift.
