It was a very fast process. There were two interviews. I meet with a manager one on one. Then I had a interview with a HR rep. Acouple days after I went to a drug test and on my way home. I received a phone call extending me the offer for the job.
Sit down with management and was asked general interview questions along with questions about prior investigative experience and general LP knowledge to make sure was qualified and able to do job.

Entretien
The hiring process is a two part process. First you will meet with the Operations Manager/ Loss Prevention Manager and then on the same day or a couple days later you will meet with the Human Resource Manager. You're offered the job on the spot or by phone. They are open to negotiate salary if you have the experience.
