Had a phone interview and than a face to face interview with two managers from different departments. It seems they have three different departments participating in the interview process which can breed confusion. Looks like they're seeking the young kid out of college so they can mold their "way."

Phone interview about 30-40 mins to feel you out and get a background feel about you. If they choose to proceed then a face to face interview that is roughly about the same timeframe to go over position in detail and talk about the company and what’s to be expected
