Applied for the position through Indeed. A few days later, received an email from a recruiter named Alicia asking to set up a time for a phone screen. The phone screening went well, then we scheduled a Skype interview. She was late for the Skype call, but the interview seemed to go well. She then emailed me an assessment to fill out and email back to her. She said after that, she will move me forward to the next round. I never heard from her or the company since then. I sent a TWO follow-up emails and never received a response. This was very disrespectful of my time and shows the company does not have any empathic or respect for others!
