What impressed me is the out of the box thinking during my interview process. I applied for a Project Manager role and they quickly matched me to a gap that had opened up in People Management, as I have experience and interest in both. We collaboratively explored where was the best fit of my skills and experience in the organization rather than thinking in boxes. The process itself involved many steps and quite some homework which gave me the impression that I will be working with very capable colleagues.
