I was contacted by a recruiter who urgently recommended me for the interview. I interviewed virtually, via Zoom, with the person who supervised this position. It was a preliminary interview. It went well, however I wasn't invited back for a second interview.

Phone Screening: Just the standard questions, with an emphasis on personal organization habits and strategies. The recruiter was on time, and was very friendly and encouraging. This was not a full interview, but just to see if they'd send you to the onsite location with the hiring team.
