Held a panel with 3 interviewers, asked a lot of standard questions and was pretty straight forward. They were very kind and wanted to get to know my personality. Asked a lot about my previous work experience and what I did beforehand. Very important that you focus on customer service.

Had to take 2 online assessments: 1 math-based and 1 personality. Then had an in-person interview. The interview was fairly standard, with the interviewer having a set list of behavioral questions and were taking notes the entire time. However, it took weeks for the status to update and they did ghost me. While this is unfortunately common these days, it is unprofessional coming from a reputable company.

I applied online then received a phone call to screen for an interview. It took awhile to receive the phone call but the interview was scheduled urgently. The person who called me was very kind and helpful and transparent with information concerning the role.

First you get a phone call for a phone interview with recruiter, and basedf on that you will schedule your in person interview, Second you in person interview and then you get a decision in about 1 week or so
