Quick but challenging. I did a lot of mocks to prepare myself for leadership style questions. Team player attitude, organizational skills, conflict management, more of the usual leadership content. Over all because of the mocks and practicing questions, it went well!

STAR method with a 3 person panel. It felt very awkward, dry, and cold. The STAR method, while the questions can be helpful, the framework is very outdated and extremely robotic. Let’s interview candidates like they are human and you value their time.
