I applied online it took two weeks to hear from them for an in person interview of course after I took and passed the assessment. Interview was relaxed and proffessional. They were extremely knowledgeable about the company they work. A few hours after interview I recieved a call from the recruitment saying the branch like me and was interested... but my credit had a few hic ups, so they allowed me to fix it and now im waiting for pffer call. The issues were student loans and I needed ro show that payment arranges are being made on them. The recruiter was very helpful and work with me, I know most places if this issue came up I would not recieve this chance.

The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
