The interview process was fine. Simple. Behavioral style questions, How you manage stress is a big focus. They also want to know how organized you are. I would rely heavily on any past experiences that you may have had.
The interview process for this position is average difficulty. They ask a lot of personal situation questions to gauge how you respond with and to customers. They also like for you to follow the star answering format for scenario type questions.

WebEx conducted; basic behavioral questions; manager is very laid back, but structured; interested in personality, must be a self-starter, and understand the definition of teamwork. Manager seems outgoing and about rewarding and developing his team.
