The interview process was scattered, inefficient and disrespectful of my time. The questions were an extremely poor attempt at a behavioral interview and my questions were not satisfactorily answered in return. My candidate experience was not aligned to a "Great Place to Work" organization and never hearing back from the recruiter that I didn't get the job was extremely telling. Thank you for not choosing me NFCU!
